AUSTRALIA WIDE ORDERS & DELIVERY

Costs of Road Delivery to your door is calculated automatically via our shopping cart when you place your order. The amount is displayed as a sub total referred to as "Freight". Despatching is from next day (24 Hour) up to 21 days for delivery (for cheque payments – cheques must firstly be cleared before order is processed).

Chancellors Cellars® despatch Australia wide using Australia Post Courier Service through eDeliver tracking. All goods must be signed for by a person of 18 years of age and over. Goods will not be left unattended. If no one is home to receive the delivery, the goods will be taken to the nearest Post Office and a card to that effect will be put into your letter box.

                                                          SPECIAL NOTES ITEM 1: 

1. You acknowledge that by placing this order you confirm and can/will verify that you are over the age of 18 years old.

2. By placing this order with Chancellors Cellars and any subsequent order, you are providing instructions where the order should/is delivered to the nominated address. 

3. If are not at the delivery address, at the time of delivery the order(parcel) will be returned to the nearest Australia Post - Post Office branch for you to pick up.

4. If it is returned to the nearest Australia Post -Post Office branch for you to pick up. You will be required to present to Australia Post branch staff your identification to verify your identity and being over the age of 18 years old or in the case of a nominated representative being over the age of 18 years old.

Any deliveries requiring redelivery, or redirection from an address provided by yourself to new address provided by the recipient, will incur an additional delivery charge.

To ensure prompt on time deliveries you must provide a home telephone number for delivery address.

All wine shipments are packed in Expandable Polystyrene packaging with an outer carton shipper. These specially designed inner Expandable Polystyrene shippers are designed to prevent label scuff, fully cushion and completely surround the bottles. They  provide an outstanding protection to minimize breakage and act as an insulating barrier to effectively reduce any chance of baked wines. Freight rates are subject to change without notice. All prices quoted are in Australian dollars 

SPECIAL NOTES ITEM 2:

Delivery charges include insurance to your specified delivery address. Any breakages or shortages must be recorded and signed for upon receipt of goods, otherwise no claim can be made.

Clearly indicate your delivery requirements when ordering.

Our carriers have definite instructions not to leave goods unless they are signed for - unless we give clear instructions to the contrary. Please give us precise instructions where goods can be left if no one is at home to receive. Please do advise us if wine is ever delivered by a carrier contrary to instructions.
