Bundaberg Rum Reserve is one in a series of releases from Bundaberg Distillery seemingly in an effort to bridge the gap between rum drinkers, and 'bundy' drinkers. Whilst regular and overproof Bundaberg bottlings charge on proudly unchanged as they have done for over a century, the latest releases have had a much more Caribbean feel to them. This particular bottling extolls the virtues of oak maturation, a process employed by manufacturers of dark rums for centuries.
