The contrasting flavours complete each other and unveil a deliciously original liquor used by mixologists at the bar. The Salamander is known for its capacity to withstand fire and has been the symbol of Maison Monnet since 1838 - it was also notably the emblem of King Francis 1st. Therefore, it seemed only fitting for Maison Monnet to produce this offering which combines a Monnet Cognac with a melange of firey spices under the same symbol.
