Back in the late 1980s, James Halliday introduced single vineyard wines to Coldstream Hills demonstrating their unique styles. The tradition has continued with the release of the Single Vineyard range.The Deer Farm Vineyard Chardonnay fine, even and textural finishing with juicy citrus acidity. French oak and wet slate/flint notes. Balanced and layered, the wine has classic Upper Yarra traits of purity and length of flavour.
